1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, to the United Kingdom, and worldwide.

2. Delivery Charges

* UAE: Free delivery on orders above AED 500; AED 10 for orders below AED 500 (all Emirates)
* UK: Free delivery on orders above £100; £5 for orders below £100
* Other countries: AED 20 courier charge

3. Delivery Timelines

* All UAE Emirates: 2–4 business days
* United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
* Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
* Other international orders: 7–10 working days

4. Express Delivery (Premium Option)

* Same-day / next-day delivery available in Dubai only
* Charges: AED 50

5. Payment Options

* Card payments (recommended)
* Cash on delivery – additional charges apply

6. Packaging & Product Integrity

We ensure:

* Temperature-conscious packaging (if required)
* Tamper-proof sealed boxes
* Expiry dates clearly labeled

7. Failed Delivery Policy

* 2 delivery attempts included
* After that, re-delivery fee applies (AED 15)
* Orders may be canceled if unreachable

Tracking link shared via SMS/email once dispatched
